Learned advocate Mr. Unwala for learned advocate Mr. Vakil for the appellant states that the disputes between the parties with regard to unpaid cheques have been resolved and the parties have settled the matter out of the Court. Learned advocate Mr. Unwala further states that pursuant to the settlement, the respondents have given one cheque dated 6.1.2012 for Rs.15,000/- and another cheque dated 29.2.2012 for Rs.35,000/-. He also states that on realization of both these cheques, he has instruction to withdraw this appeal as well as Criminal Appeal No.2149 of 2010.
Learned advocate Mr. Puj for the respondents states that he has instructions that the respondents have settled the matter out of the Court and have given cheques as mentioned herein above towards full and final settlement.
In view of above, on the join request on behalf of the learned advocates for the parties, the matter is adjourned to 12.3.2012.
