Heard Sri Awadhesh Kumar Malviya, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
Learned Standing Counsel on the basis of instructions submits that the marksheet of the petitioner has been prepared.
The only prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner may be provided true copy of the marksheet by the competent authority, within a stipulated period of time.
The respondent no. 1 is directed to follow the prescribed procedure and provide the marksheet to the petitioner within a period of two weeks.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of finally.
