Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Chandan Kumar, the learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
Sri Kumar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent states that subject to verification of all facts and contentions on merits being kept open, the prayer of the petitioner for approval being accorded to his appointment on 09 September 2019, shall be duly examined and a final decision communicated with expedition and preferably within a period of two months from today. The Court further observes that the second respondent shall proceed in the matter with due notice to respondent No. 3.
Accordingly, and without going into the merits or otherwise of the claim of the petitioner, this petition shall stand disposed of in light of the statement, which is noted and recorded above.
