The Petitioner submitted an application for regular permit on the route Kottiyur-Keezhpally via Kelakam, Peravoor and Iritty. The petitioner also submitted an application for temporary permit on the same route. The Regional Transport Authority granted Regular Permit as sought for by the petitioner. The petitioner produced the records of the vehicle No.KL 13/J 3895. Since Ext.P1 timing is not vacant, the petitioner submitted fresh proposal and requested to issue temporary permit with a fresh set of timings. It is the contention of the petitioner that the RTA has not taken any decision on the application for temporary permit till date. 3. In the above circumstances, there will be a direction to the respondent to issue temporary permit on WPC.25790/2014 : 2 :
Ext.P2application, on the freshly suggested timings, pending disposal of the final settlement of timings, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Definitely the Secretary would be competent to look into whether the timing now suggested is clash free.
Writ petition is disposed of as above.
