1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned C.S.C and Shri Raghvendra Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the respondent no. 3.
2. The petitioner is seeking claim to compassionate appointment on account of death of his father on 20.04.2001.
3. Shri Raghvendra Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the respondent no. 3 submits that there is immense delay in making the claim and, therefore, the compassionate appointment may not be granted.
4. Without entering into the merits of the claim made and the objections raised, the present petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no. 3 to decide the petitioner's claim strictly, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
