THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER In this petition, the petitioners seeks for a direction to respondents to furnish to the petitioners all and every document such as assessment orders passed under the provisions of the Employees State Insurance Act, proof of its service on the petitioners, the stated Judgment of the Hon’ble High Court etc., with respect to the amounts claimed in Notice bearing No.KAR/INSI/4900/003219/000/0506 dated 02.08.2017 at Annexure-A and the Reply bearing No.KAR/INSI/4900/003219/000/0506 dated 18.12.2017 at Annexure-D.
2. On perusal of the records, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioners that in case a fresh representation is made by them to the competent authority with regard to their grievance within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the certified copy of the order passed today, the same shall be dealt with by the competent authority in accordance with law by a speaking order within a period of four months from the date of receipt of such representation. Ordered accordingly.
3. Ad-interim order, if any, shall continue till the representation to be filed by the petitioners is considered by the competent authority.
4. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
