This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed to quash the summoning order dated 04.01.2016 as well as entire proceedings of Complaint Case No. 17 of 2015 (Smt. Rashmi Devi vs. Ashish @ Manvendra Singh and others) under Sections 498A, 506, 504 I.P.C. and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Chirgaon, District- Jhansi pending in the Court of A.C.J.M., Court No. 1, Jhansi.
From perusal of complaint and material available on record, at this stage it cannot be said that no offence is made out against applicants.
All the submissions made at the bar relate to the disputed questions of fact, which cannot be adjudicated upon by this Court under Section 482 Cr.P.C.
In view of the above, the prayer for quashing the summoning order as well as the entire proceedings in the aforesaid case is refused.
