The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed against the order dated 09.11.2017 passed in Sessions Trial No. 101 of 2017 arising out of Case Crime No. 20 of 2017, under Sections- 420, 489A, 489B, 489C 489D I.P.C. by which the applicant's discharge application has been rejected by the court below.
Prima facie case is made out against the applicant. No interference is warranted, at this stage.
The present application is dismissed with the aforesaid observation.
