Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
The simple prayer made in the petition is for a direction upon respondent no.3, Sub Divisional Magistrate, Farenda, District Maharajganj to decide the appeal of the petitioners Satyadev Gond and others Vs. Tehsildar, Tehsil Farenda and another filed under Section 6 of the U.P. Janhit Guarantee Adhiniyam, 2011 within a time bound period.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that the appeal would be decided at the earliest.
In view of the above, the petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no.3, Sub Divisional Magistrate, Farenda, District Maharajganj to consider and decide the above appeal of the petitioners in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of producing a certified copy of this order before him.
