Controversy raised in the present petition stands answered by this Court in Writ Petition No. 23894 of 2018 (Vivek Yadav & Others vs. State of U.P. & Others) decided on 12.11.2018.
Similar view has been taken in large number of other matters including Writ Petition No. 22762 of 2018 (Kalyan Singh & Others vs. State of U.P. & Others) vide order dated 20.11.2018.
Reliance has also been placed upon a Division Bench judgment in the case of Anupam Kumar Pandey vs. State of U.P. & Others reported in 2016 (2) ADJ, 654.
Even otherwise this petition filed after expiry of four years from the date of declaration of result is apparently barred by latches.
Since the controversy raised in this petition has already been considered and rejected in the cases referred to above and this petition is also barred by unexplained latches, it is dismissed.
The writ petition is dismissed.
