Learned A.G.A. has put in appearance on behalf of the State.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that earlier writ petition no. 11671 (MB) of 2009 was filed by some of the accused seeking quashing of the F.I.R. in question wherein the matter has been referred to Mediation and Conciliation Center of this Court and the proceedings are going on there and there are fair chances of conciliation. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that writ petition no. 11810 (MB) of 2009 which has already been decided is also required to be clubbed along with this petition.
The present petition has been filed by remaining co-accused.
List in the second week of February, 2010 along with writ petition no. 11671 (MB) of 2009 and writ petition no. 11810 (MB) of 2009.
Till the next date of listing, no coercive measure shall be taken against the petitioners Ashish Kumar Gupta and Smt. Poonam Gupta in furtherance of Crime No. 1381 of 2009, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Ghazipur, District-Lucknow.
