Heard learned counsel for the parties.
This transfer application has been filed by the learned counsel for the applicant to transfer Case No. 302/12/2017, Under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station Kannauj, District Kannauj, pending in the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Kannauj, to any other court of adjacent District.
With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, this transfer application is allowed.
The District and Sessions Judge, Kannuaj, is directed to transfer the aforesaid case from District Kannauj to District Kanpur Nagar. The applicant shall pay Rs.500/- towards expenses to the opposite party No.2 for coming to Kannauj for attending each date fixed in this case.
It is open for learned counsel for the applicant to request the court below to fix one date in all the three cases.
