JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Devendra Kumar Arora,J.
Sri Padmkant Mishra, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of opposite party no.1 whereas Sri Pratul Kumar Srivastava appears on behalf of opposite parties no. 2 and 3, who filed short counter affidavit on their behalf wherein it has been stated that the telephone connection of the petitioner has already been restored. Hence, the grievance of the petitioner has become over and the writ petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
