Heard learned counsel for the revisionist.
The present revision has been filed challenging the order dated 21.4.2018, passed by the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Special, (S.C./S.T.Act), Bagpat arising out of S.C.C.No.97 of 2012 (Smt. Hemlata Jain vs. Ashish Jain).
By the impugned order the application for appointment of Commissioner for examining the plaintiff Smt. Hemlata Jain has been allowed. The order is interloctory in nature. I am not inclined to interfere in the order of the revisional court.
The revision stands dismissed with liberty to the revisionist to challenge the same while challenging the final order, if the need so arise.
