Sri Kaushalendra Nath Singh, learned counsel for the respondents at the outset states that the agreement, pursuant to which, the work order dated 12.06.2015 had been issued to the petitioner, contains an arbitration clause.
Learned counsel for the petitioner, though, denied the execution of the written agreement but could not place any averment in the writ petition in this regard.
A perusal of the extract of the contract bond, appended at page-'25' of the paper book, indicates that the contract bond No. 22/PE-(W.C.-3)/15-16 was executed between the parties.
In the said scenario, we do not find any good ground to entertain the present writ petition. The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed keeping it open for the petitioner to avail the arbitration clause of the agreement for redressal of its grievances.
