Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for a writ of mandamus directing the Board of Revenue, U.P. at Allahabad (hereinafter referred to as, 'Board of Revenue'), i.e., respondent No. 2 to decide Revision No. 907 of 2017 (Ashish Chandra and Another Vs. Ravindra Prakash and Others).
Without expressing any opinion into the merits of the case, the Board of Revenue, i.e., respondent No. 2 is directed to decide the aforesaid revision within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him after hearing the concerned parties in case there is no legal impediment in deciding the aforesaid revision.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
