The petitioners have preferred the present writ petition with prayer to quash the order dated 13.01.2011 passed by respondent no.3.
By the aforesaid order a direction was given by the respondent no.3 to the petitioner to take leave to get himself medically treated and join the institution alongwith the fitness certificate.
The age of the petitioner at the relevant time is 54 years. The writ petition is of the year 2011. Therefore, there is all possibility that the petitioner has already been superannuated.
In this view of the matter, the court is of the opinion that no further order is required to be passed.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
