JUDGMENT / ORDER

None present for the petitioner.
Learned counsel appearing for the opposite party, on the basis of instructions, has submitted that the order dated 23.12.2014 passed by the writ court has been complied with and the case has been decided on 14.07.2016 and the suit of the plaintiff has been dismissed on the ground that the plaintiff was not in possession and the property has been partitioned.
In the circumstances, the petition has become infructuous.
The contempt petition is dismissed being infructuous.
