Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner Asharam with a prayer that a suitable direction may be issued for recovering the kidnapped girl of case crime No. 231 of 2013, under section 363, 366 IPC, and section 4 of POSCO Act, P.S. Asandra, District Barabanki.
From the perusal of the record it reveals that petitioner is first informant of the above mentioned case. According to him the alleged kidnapped girl has not been recovered and no action has been taken against the accused persons, it is directed that S.P. Barabanki shall recover the alleged kidnapped girl within three months from today and he shall also insure the fair investigation. In case the alleged kidnapped girl is not recovered, it shall be open to the petitioner to move fresh petition before this court.
With this direction, this petition is disposed of.
