1. Petitioner is alleging that embezzlement of public funds by respondent 5, but it could not be shown that any criminal action by lodging First Information Report or Criminal Complaint has been taken though such remedy is available to petitioner. Petitioner, therefore, has no legal right to seek such a mandamus from this Court.
3. This Public Interest Litigation is, accordingly, dismissed.
