JUDGMENT / ORDER

Connect with criminal revision no.43 of 2010. Admit on the question of sentence only. Considering facts and circumstances of the case, let revisionist Ashraf Hussain @ Firasat @ Chanda son of Anwar Hussain, who has been convicted in criminal appeal no. 10 of 2001 arising out of case crime no.82 of 1984 under Section 409 I.P.C. Police Station Sehramau North, District Shahjahanpur, be released on bail on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
During pendency of appeal, realisation of half of fine shall remain stayed.
