JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned counsel for the Petitioner has approached this Court seeking for a direction to the second respondent to return the title deeds and documents deposited with the second respondent, created Equitable mortgage by way of deposit of title deeds.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner.
3.The prayer as it stands in the Writ Petition seeking a direction to the second respondent, who is admittedly a private Housing Finance Company, which is not maintainable to the writ jurisdiction of this Court. Further, no writ will lie against a private organization or establishment. In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition is not maintainable.
4.Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed. No costs.
