JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Mr.N.A.Sadique, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.V.Selvakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents .
2.Though the petitioner has sought for a direction against the 2nd respondent to consider his representation dated 28.02.2017 seeking license for running a bunk shop, the said issue is entrusted with the Vending Committee constituted in pursuant to the orders of this Court.
3.In such view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the Vending Committee. As and when the petitioner makes an application to the Vending Committee, the same shall be considered and appropriate orders are expected to be passed within a period of eight weeks thereafter. No costs.
