This writ petition has been filed for directing the first respondent to promote the petitioner to the post of Assistant Executive Engineer(Electrical)and to the post of Executive Engineer(Electrical) and for other reliefs. When this matter is taken up for hearing today, neither the learned counsel for the petitioner nor the petitioner is present. No representation also.
