The petitioners who has borrowed the loan from the different Banks has challenged the notices issued by those Banks for realization of the outstanding dues.
The fact reveals that the loan was sanctioned in the year 2015, which was required to be repaid in pursuance of the agreement and the schedule provided by the Banks, for which the petitioners agreed.
It is a contractual matter, which is to be followed by the parties in its true sense.
Admittedly, the petitioners had borrowed the money from the respondents-Banks which is now due and the petitioners are required to deposit as indicated by the respective Banks.
This Court is not a forum to entertain the petition at this stage. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
