The present application has been preferred by the applicant-original plaintiff permitting her to sue the Second Appeal as an indigent person.

Considering the fact that even the applicant was permitted to file the suit as an indigent person, which came to be dismissed and even the applicant was permitted to pursue the First Appeal as an indigent person, the present application is allowed and the applicant-original plaintiff is permitted to sue and/or file the present application as an indigent person. Rule is made absolute accordingly.
