Shri Dr.Mukul Sinha, learned counsel for the applicant, in view of the subsequent development which has taken place after issuance of notice by this Court, upon instructions does not press this application at this stage, keeping it open for the applicant to take action in accordance with law for the report and summary filed by the Investigating Officer before the learned JMFC.
