JUDGMENT / ORDER

The applicant/prisoner has taken-out this application seeking parole leave on account of his heart ailment. The certificate dated 12th July, 2012 produced on record indicates that the person was treated as indoor patient and was discharged on 01/05/2012 with clinically stable condition. In view of this, the application is not entertained and it is rejected. As the treatment from the jail also could be availed, the Jail Authorities are hereby directed to attend the complaints of any nature by this prisoner with regard to his ailment and give him quick treatment or arrange quick treatment to be given to him and should be taken for periodical check-up and treatment as advised by the consulting doctor from U.N.Mehta Institute of Cardiology & Research Centre as it is mentioned in the certificate. Hence, the present application is rejected. The applicant/prisoner be informed accordingly.
