JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents 1 and 2 from interfering in the family dispute pending in H.M.O.P.No.2252 of 2011, on the file of the Family Court at Chennai between the Petitioner's son and the third respondent.
2.Heard the submissions made on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.
3.The limited prayer sought for in this Writ Petition is to forbear the respondents 1 and 2 from interfering in the family dispute pending in H.M.O.P.No.2252 of 2011, on the file of the Family Court at Chennai between the Petitioner's son and the third respondent.
4.The second respondent has filed a counter affidavit, wherein, he has stated that an enquiry was conducted based on the complaint and that the enquiry was conducted as per the law. He further stated that the second respondent did not coerce the Petitioner or his family members to give any lump-sum amount to the third respondent for arriving at a compromise. In view of the specific statement made by the second respondent, no further orders are required in this Writ Petition.
5.Recording the statement made in the counter affidavit, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
