Although the prayer made is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide the applications 13-C and 18-C, expeditiously, but at the time of making oral submission, learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer to the application 18-C wherein, prayer made is for grant of visitation rights to meet the minor children.
The proceedings pending in the court below are for grant of decree of divorce under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.
In the opinion of the Court, the application for grant of visitation rights deserves consideration by the court below without any delay.
Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to decide the said application, in accordance with law, by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
