Shri Mehul Sharad Shah, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this petition with a view to file appropriate reply to the notice.
Learned AGP Ms. Asmita Patel, on advance copy, submits that there is no objection, if such permission is granted.
