JUDGMENT / ORDER

[Order of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] When the matter is taken up for hearing today,the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.12595 of 2014, dated 15.10.2014 has been complied with. He has also produced a communication of the respondent,dated 27.01.2016 to that effect.
3.In view of the same, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
