When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with S.VAIDYANATHAN,J.
(aeb) liberty to the petitioner to agitate, if any fresh issue arises for consideration. He has also made an endorsement in the court bundle to that effect.
2. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to agitate, if any fresh issue arises for consideration. No costs. Consequently, connected W.P.M.P.No.32432 of 2005 is closed.
