The petitioner has instituted Original Suit No. 62/1997. The instant petition has been filed seeking a direction to the trial Court to decide the same, expeditiously, within a time stipulated by this Court.
Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the suit is of the year 1997, but on account of delaying tactics adopted by the defendants, it is progressing at a snail's pace.
Having regard to these facts, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the trial Court to make all endeavour to decide the suit, expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournments to the parties.
