JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has made a representation to the respondents stating that due to the improper maintenance of the manhole nearer to his property, contaminated water is getting stagnated on the road and thus causing health hazard. As the said representation so made on 11.07.2016 is yet to be considered, the present writ petition has been filed.
2.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner and taking note of the pendency of the representation, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.07.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
