The petitioner, who claims to be one of the founder members and former Honorary Secretary of the 4th respondent-Society, had filed a complaint against the present President of the Society. The learned counsel appearing for the 4th respondent would submit that, in fact, there was a vigilance case filed against the very same person, the President of the Society, which has been referred by the authority, as per refer report dated 03.02.2011. The learned Government Pleader also submits that there was an enquiry conducted and none of the allegations were found to be true. In such circumstance, the writ petition would stand dismissed.
