Heard Mr. Mazhar Ullah, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Saghir Ahmad, the learned A.G.A. for the State- respondents.
Challenge in this writ petition is to the F.I.R. dated 31.10.2017 lodged by the respondent No. 3 resulting in Case Crime No.
309 of 2017, under sections 323, 504 and 506 I.P.C. and sections 3(2)(V) and 3 (1) 10 S.C. and S.T. (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, Police Station Charwa, District Kaushambi.
We have perused the contents of the F.I.R. The same discloses the commission of a cognizable offence. Accordingly, we decline to interfere with the same.
The writ petition fails and is, accordingly, dismissed.
