1. Heard Sri Ashutosh Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Sambhavi Tiwari, Advocate, holding brief of Sri Chandan Sharma, learned counsel for respondents 2 and 3- University.
2. The only grievance of petitioner is that in marks-sheet and certificate issued to the petitioner in respect of B.Com Examination, her father's name has been wrongly mentioned as "Bittu Agarwal" though it ought to be "Purshotam Lal Agarwal". In this regard petitioner has already made representation on 19.09.2017 but no action has been taken by respondent-University till the date.
3. Learned counsel appearing for respondents-University states that University has already constituted a Committee and final decision will be taken within a month.
4. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of finally permitting respondents -University to take a final decision in the matter and decide petitioner's aforesaid representation within a period of one month from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
