The prayer in this petition is to direct the respondent no.1 to consider the technical bid of the petitioner bearing reference No.2020_DIPR_505835_1, Category Bulk SMS Service Provider relating to Tender Form bearing no. 2196/Su. Evam Ja. Vi (Prasha.)-503/2020 dated 27.08.2020.
From the averments made in paragraphs 5, 6 and 7 of the petition it appears that the technical bid was required to be submitted upto a specified date and time, which has expired.
According to the petitioner, there were certain technical glitches on account of which bid could not be submitted timely.
As already the period for opening the bid is over, inasmuch as, the technical bid was to be opened on 18.09.2020, we decline to entertain this petition, at this stage. In case, the tender process is not complete and a fresh bid is invited, it will be open for the petitioner to submit a fresh bid, as per the invite.
Subject to above, the petition is disposed off.
