JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner is a cable TV operator. He has been granted permission to place poles by the side of the public road to draw his cables. He has made complaints against the action of the 7th respondent in using his poles for the purpose of drawing cables. He has submitted representations to the authorities, but according to him, no action has been taken on his complaints, so far. Exhibit P8 is one such complaint that is pending before the first respondent. He seeks the issue of appropriate directions to consider Exhibit P8. In view of the limited relief sought, I do not consider it necessary to issue notice to the other respondents. The Government Pleader appears for the first respondent. It shall be sufficient that Exhibit P8 is considered with notice to the parties. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of W.P.(C) No.33529 of 2014-M -:2:-
directing the first respondent to consider the complaint of the petitioner set out in Exhibit P8, in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders thereon, after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner as well as the 7th respondent.
