JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Ajai Lamba,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Government Advocate.
Under challenge in the instant writ petition is FIR relating to Case Crime No. 32 of 2012, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 & 471 IPC, police station Vikas Nagar, district Lucknow.
We have gone through the FIR, which discloses commission of cognizable offence, as such, the same cannot be quashed.
The writ petition lacks merit and is accordingly dismissed.
