High Court Of Gujarat|13 June, 2012

JUDGMENT / ORDER

Rule. Mr.Shah, learned APP appears and waives service of notice of rule for respondent - State.
The instant application is forwarded by the applicant convict through jail seeking parole leave for 30 days. Considering the application of the convict, so also considering the papers annexed, it transpires that in connection with Session Case No.64 of 2009, the convict came to be convicted vide judgment and order dated 9.9.2011 and he is in jail since last about 3 years. It further transpires that vide order dated 7.5.2012, the concerned jail authority rejected the request for parole. The convict in the application seeks parole on the ground that he intends to construct a house, but along with this application, no document is annexed in support of such statement. Hence, the application is rejected.
Rule is discharged.
