The applicant has challenged the order dated 15.10.2011 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Vadodara, in Criminal Misc. Application No.2623 of 2010, whereby the learned Judge has directed to pay maintenace of Rs.6,000/- p.m. to the respondent - wife from the date of filing of the application.
Heard Mr.A.R.Lakhia, learned counsel for the applicant, Mr.H.L.Jani, learned APP for the respondent - State and Mr.M.H.Pathak, learned counsel for the respondent No.2.
From perusal of the papers it appears that amount of Rs.1,32,000/- is not paid by the present applicant to the respondent No.2 - wife. The applicant is directed to deposit Rs.60,000/- within 15 days from today before the trial Court and produce the receipt of the same.
Rule.
Interim relief in terms of para 9(c) is granted till 2.3.2012. Failing to deposit the said amount within time, the interim relief granted shall stands automatically vacated. Direct service is permitted.
