The applicant has preferred the present application to restore the Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.15041 of 2010, which was dismissed for non-removal of office objection. The applicant has also prayed to condone the delay of 381 days caused in preferring the restoration application.

In view of averments made in the present application, application is allowed. Delay caused in preferring the restoration application is hereby condoned in the interest of justice. Office is directed to restore the Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.15041 of 2010 to its original file on the condition to remove the office objection within 15 days.
