The board shows that the notice qua opponents No.1 and 2 is not received back. Learned advocate Mr.Vimal Patel appearing for the applicant has drawn the attention of the Court that, by order dated 14.8.2012 passed in Civil Application No.9226 of 2012, this Court has permitted the applicant to serve opponents No.1 and 2 by affixing the notice/summons issued by this Court at the last known address.
In view of the order already passed on 14.8.2012, issue fresh notice qua unserved opponents returnable on 16th October, 2012. The applicant is permitted to serve opponents No.1 and 2 by affixing notice at the last known address of the opponents No.1 and 2. The applicant is at liberty to take help of the bailiff of the trial court in serving the opponents No.1 and 2.
