In view of the grounds mentioned in the application, the present application deserves to be allowed and accordingly, it is allowed. The prayer in terms of para-4(A) is granted. The main matter being First Appeal No.460 of 2006 is ordered to be placed for final hearing on 15th March 2012. Registry is directed to call for Record and Proceedings from the trial Court.
