The present application has been filed by the applicant-accused under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code for quashing and setting aside the complaint being C.R.No.II-3119/2012 registered with Vijaynagar Police Station.
Learned counsel, Mr.Amrish Pandya states that he will produce the necessary material and evidence before the Investigating Officer to establish about his absence from the place of offence and, hence, he seeks permission to withdraw the present application without prejudice to his rights and contentions.
Permission, as prayed for is granted. The present application stands disposed of as withdrawn.
