1. Both these Civil Applications have been preferred by the applicant herein
- original appellant permitting him to serve respondent No.2 by substituted service.
2. Mr.Dilip Kanojia, learned advocate has stated at the bar that he has instruction to appear on behalf of respondent No.2 and he shall file his Vakalatnama in Civil Application No.1872 of 2012 and Second Appeal No.215 of 2011. Hence, now respondent No.2 is not required to be served by substituted service as prayed for. Hence, no further order is required to be passed in both these Civil Applications. Hence, both these civil applications are disposed of accordingly.
