1. Heard learned Advocate Mr. Hardik H. Bhatt for the applicant and Ms. Moxa Thakkar, learned A.G.P. for the opponents.
2. These contempt petitions are filed by the same applicant complaining that the respondents have not complied with the order dated 2.8.2011 passed in Special Civil Application NO. 9941 of 2011 and Special Civil Application No. 9957 of 2011.
3. Learned A.G.P. Ms. Moxa Thakkar for the opponents has filed affidavit in reply of respondent No. 1 in Misc. Civil Application No. 415 of 2012. Along with such affidavit in reply, the respondents have produced copy of order dated 23rd March, 2012 and 26th March, 2012 by which the charges against the applicant came to be dropped. Learned AGP Ms. Thakkar has stated that the consequential benefits flowing from the above mentioned orders shall be paid over to the applicant expeditiously.
4. In view of this development, we do not find it necessary to take any further steps in these contempt petitions. Accordingly, both the contempt petitions are disposed of with a liberty to applicant to apply in case of difficulty. Notice is discharged.
