BELOW NOTE FOR SPEAKING TO MINUTES This speaking to minutes has been filed Mr.VImal M.Patel, learned advocate for the applicant for correcting oral order dated 14-12-2012 passed in Civil Rev. Appln. No.183 of 2012. It is stated by Mr.Patel that through oversight, the words and judgment debtor are missing in sixth and seventh line of para 5 of the order and hence, it is requested that the order be corrected accordingly.
Under the circumstances, the words and judgment debtor be added immediately after the words secured creditors but before the words to the satisfaction of the Executing Court. as mentioned in sixth/seventh line of para 5 of the order dated 14-12-2012 passed in Civil Revision Application No.183 of 2012. Office to issue a fresh writ accordingly.
